Clara Homes founder and CEO James Curnin have pursued ground-up new construction opportunities in high-end markets across Los Angeles and Miami. He specializes in developing luxury spec homes, multifamily assets, and workforce rental communities. In Miami, James seeks to fill the city’s much-needed niche for reliable, quality, and innovative work. Clara Homes has three waterfront spec homes and three privately owned custom homes under development, including La Gorce Circle, Davis Road, West San Marino Dr, and Pinetree Dr Circle.

Clara Homes won approval for the first phase of  Clara Bay Harbor Island, and will break ground at the site at 10281 West Bay Harbor Drive.
